Payment

You can pay with prepayment or PayPal.

During the order process you can choose your preferred payment method.

If you have chosen advance payment , please transfer the invoice amount to the following account within 5 days:

shipping

We ship (depending on the article) with DHL or forwarding.

Our products have the following delivery times:

In-house production: approx. 4-5 weeks
decorative items: goods in stock, approx. 1-3 days and merchandise: approx. 6-8 weeks

However, since we have no influence on how long the delivery itself takes, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date. For urgent deliveries, please order in good time and use PayPal as the best method of payment.

You can choose a preferred date for forwarding deliveries. The shipping company will contact you in good time by phone. Please check whether the telephone number stored in the customer account is correct. You can create an alternative number during the ordering process.
